Andrew and his team carried out the refurbishment and extension of a large semi-detached private house in Primrose Hill in 2007/8 for which we were the architects and designers. The project included the sensitive restoration of many period details (staircase, panelling, skirtings, doors and cornices etc) and the creation of a very contemporary open plan kitchen/dining/living area on the lower ground floor and extensive landscaping and external works, including an infinity lap pool. The workmanship was of a very high standard, and the attention to detail and commitment from Andrew himself exemplary.

We found Andrew Kerr a professional partner to work with on our new classroom project in 2011.
His team liaised with the school and our architect during the planning for, and execution of, our project to produce a new classroom which met both our timeframe constraints (six weeks over the summer holidays) and our exacting school specification. A

Andrew and his team undertook the full refurbishment of my four bedroomed terraced house
in south-west London. There was limited structural work and this was perhaps a smaller job that Andrew’s norm. He nonetheless displayed admirable attention, focus and thoughtfulness about the job at at all points from start to finish. He gave the project a lot of personal
attention, ensuring that he was on top of every material detail and reporting
in a timely manner when issues arose or decisions were needed. Andrew also
recognised the budget parameters to which I wanted to work and came up with
imaginative and sensibly priced proposals for the fit out, finishes etc. His team was
professional and their workmanship of the highest quality throughout, aware no
doubt that Andrew’s eye misses very little when it comes to the snagging
stage. Overall, the end result delivered on the brief and looked great. The end price, even including a few agreed overruns, was fair particularly given the quality of the job done. A few years on, the work has stood the test of time, both in terms of operation and finish.
